How to Play: Dice and Devotion (Yardzee)

It's time to see if luck is on your side! The goal is to score the most points by rolling five giant dice to make certain combinations.

The Vows (How to Play)

1. Each player takes a turn rolling the five dice. You get a maximum of three rolls per turn.
2. On your first roll, set aside any dice you want to "keep" and roll the rest. You can do this again on your second roll.
3. After your third roll (or sooner if you're happy with your dice), you must choose a category on your scorecard to fill in. If your roll doesn't fit any available category, you must enter a zero in one of your open spots.

The Reception (Scoring)

At the end of each turn, you'll add up your score. The scorecard is split into two sections:

The Upper Section (The Wedding Party)

• Ones (Aces): Add up only the ones.
• Twos: Add up only the twos.
• Threes: Add up only the threes.
• Fours: Add up only the fours.
• Fives: Add up only the fives.
• Sixes: Add up only the sixes.
• Bonus: If your total score for this section is 63 or more, you get a 35-point bonus!

The Lower Section (The Celebration)

• 3 of a Kind: Get three of the same number. Score: Add up all five dice.
• 4 of a Kind: Get four of the same number. Score: Add up all five dice.
• The Perfect Match (Full House): Get three of one number and two of another (e.g., three 4s and two 6s). Score: 25 points.
• Straight to the ? (Small Straight): Get four numbers in a sequence (e.g., 1-2-3-4). Score: 30 points.
• From "Yes" to "I Do" (Large Straight): Get five numbers in a sequence (e.g., 1-2-3-4-5). Score: 40 points.
• Honeymoon! (Yardzee): Get five of the same number! Score: 50 points.
• Gift Table (Chance): For any roll that doesn't quite fit. Score: Add up all five dice.
• Honeymoon Bonus (♥): If you roll another Honeymoon after already scoring one, add a ♥ here for 100 bonus points! You must also fill in another box on your scorecard with this roll.

The player with the highest total score after all categories are filled wins!
