Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Honest Chisel. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. For custom furniture or large made-to-order items, shipping or pick-up will be determine by direct communication. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use real-time carrier rates from services like USPS and UPS to provide you with the most accurate and fair shipping costs based on the size, weight, and destination of your items.
Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Local Delivery
For certain large items, such as furniture and oversized holiday displays, we offer a local delivery option for customers within our designated delivery zone. If your address is eligible, this option will be presented to you at checkout.
Digital Products
Digital products, such as our build plans, are delivered instantly via email to the address provided at checkout. There are no shipping costs associated with digital products.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
The Honest Chisel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
