BOOKING AND DELIVERY

How do I reserve my date?

To lock in your date, we require a $100 non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your wedding.

  • Why non-refundable? Once you book us, we tell every other couple "Sorry, we're taken." If you cancel, we likely can't fill that spot again.

Where do you deliver?

We are based in Pace, FL and Brewton, AL. To keep things fair and transparent, we determine our delivery pricing based on your venue's Zip Code. We have three delivery zones:

Tier 1: Local Delivery ($65)
Includes most of Pace, Milton, Pensacola, and Brewton.

When do you drop off and pick up?

We work around your schedule (and your venue's strict rules). Just tell us when you need us there!

  • No Hourly Charge: We don't watch the clock. Whether your reception is 4 hours or 6 hours, the price is the same.
  • The "Night Owl" Fee: If you need us to pick up between 9 PM and Midnight, there is a small $50 late-night fee for our crew.
  • Keep the Party Going: Want to keep the games overnight? For just $100, we can schedule the pickup for 2 PM the next day (perfect for day-after brunches!).

Can I keep the items longer than agreed?

If you’re having too much fun and want to extend the rental, please contact us immediately. We generally don't charge for keeping items a few extra hours, though short-notice requests depend on our logistics for that day. Longer extensions (like overnight) are subject to availability and billed at our standard daily rental rate.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans can change. If you cancel more than 60 days before the event, you will lose your deposit, but any other money paid will be refunded. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event result in a forfeiture of all payments.

What if my venue has stairs or a long walk for setup?

We need to know this ahead of time! If the load-in requires navigating stairs, elevators, or a long distance (more than 50 ft) from the unloading zone, an additional labor fee may apply. Please disclose this when booking so we can plan accordingly.

Do you set it up?

Absolutely. We don't just drop a pile of wood in the parking lot. We deliver, set up the games/arbors exactly where you want them, and then come back after the reception to break it all down. You don't lift a finger!

What if it rains?

Our games are professionally sealed and designed for outdoor fun, but please remember: they are handcrafted from real wood, not plastic. They are water-resistant, not waterproof.

  • The Rule: If it starts to rain (steady rain or heavy downpours), or if the ground is soaking wet/muddy, the games must be moved to a covered, dry area immediately.
  • The "Plan B": We do not offer refunds for rain (since we held the equipment specifically for your date). We strongly recommend having a backup spot (tent or indoor space) so the fun doesn't have to stop.
  • The Warning: Please don't leave them out in the rain or dew overnight! Permanent damage caused by water (warping or swelling) counts as "Damage" under our contract and will result in a replacement fee.

THE GAMES (The Fun Stuff)

What if you have a game that's not on the list?

Try us! If you played a game somewhere else and loved it, but don't see it here, let us know. If it fits our style, we might just build it and add it to our rental inventory for you.

Do you have game packages?

You bet. We have bundled our favorites together (like the "Reception Starter") to make booking easier and save you a few dollars. Check the "Pricing and Packages" section on our site for the current lineups.

Are the games actually "Giant/Large"?

Yes. Our Jenga can reach 5 ft tall. Our Cornhole boards are regulation size (but heavier and sturdier). Connect FOUR-ever is 5ft tall. These aren't the plastic toys you buy at a big-box store; they are solid wood and handcrafted.

Can we use the games indoors?

100%. In fact, for summer weddings in Florida/Alabama, your guests might thank you for the AC!

Can I buy your items instead of renting them?

Absolutely. We are woodworkers at heart. If you fall in love with a game or a specific decor piece and want to keep it forever (or give it as a gift), just let us know. We can build a brand new one specifically for you to purchase.

What happens if a guest gets... too excited and breaks something?

We know parties happen. Minor wear and tear (scratches, dings) is on us. However, if Uncle Bob decides to use a Cornhole board as a surfboard and snaps it in half, we will have to charge a replacement fee. (Please tell Uncle Bob to stay off the boards.)

What is the difference between Large Games and Tabletop games?

  • Large Games are the showstoppers, Games like Giant Jenga, Cornhole, Connect 4 are meant for the lawn or floor. They generally involve standing up and moving around.
  • Tabletop Games are their smaller cousins, perfect for cocktail hour tables where guests are standing with a drink in hand.

RENTAL FAQ'S

THE DECOR (Arbors, Walls, Centerpieces, etc.)

Can my florist attach flowers to the Decor?

Yes, please do! We love seeing them dressed up. The One Rule: Please use zip ties, wire, or command strips only.
Strong Preference: No nails, staples, or screws. We spent hours sanding that wood to perfection; please don't poke unnecessary holes in it!

How do the Donut/Shot Walls work?

  • Donut Wall The pegs are food-safe. You (or your caterer) are responsible for buying and hanging the donuts.
  • Shot Wall: The shelves fit standard shot glasses or mini bottles.
  • Bubbly Wall: The shelves have slits for the stem of standard champagne flutes/wine glasses.
  • Cleaning: Please ensure the wall is wiped down (free of icing or sticky residue) before we pick it up, or a small cleaning fee may apply.

I saw something on Pinterest... can you build it for me?

Try us! We love custom projects. If you have a "crazy idea" that isn't on our list, send us a picture. If it fits our style, we might just build it and add it to our rental inventory for you.

Can I buy your items instead of renting them?

Absolutely. We are woodworkers at heart. If you fall in love with a game or a specific decor piece and want to keep it forever (or give it as a gift), just let us know. We can build a brand new one specifically for you to purchase.

I like a design you have, but I want it in a different color?

Since we build everything ourselves, we can often stain or paint color to match your specific theme. However, because this involves extra materials and labor, generally building a fresh piece, an additional customization fee will apply for materials. Just ask us for a quote!
