How Rentals Work

The Rental Process Made Simple

We know that planning a wedding or event involves a million moving parts. Our goal is to make the entertainment portion the easiest item on your checklist. From the first inquiry to the final pickup, we handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on your guests.

Here is how to secure your date with The Honest Chisel:

1. Select Your Favorites

Start by browsing our collection and filling out our Booking Request Form. Let us know which package or specific games you are interested in (like "The Hitching Post" or "Tower of Love") and the details of your event.

2. Receive Your Proposal

We will review your request and send over a rental agreement along with a transparent, itemized invoice. This will outline your selected games and any applicable service fees, such as delivery and/or setup based on your venue location.

3. Secure Your Date

To officially reserve your games, we require a signed contract and a $100 non-refundable deposit. Once these are received, your date is locked in, and the equipment is reserved exclusively for you.

4. Finalize Payment

The remaining balance of your invoice is due in full 60 days prior to your event date. We will send a friendly reminder as the date approaches so you don't have to worry about tracking deadlines.

5. Delivery & Game Day

On the big day, our team will arrive at your requested time to deliver and set up the games, ensuring everything is perfectly placed and ready for play. At the end of the rental period, we will return to break down and retrieve the items.

Timing & Extensions

We want your reception to flow perfectly. Our standard rental covers the duration of your event with pickup by 8:00 PM.

  • Late Night Pickup: If your party is going late and you need the games past 8:00 PM, a $50 after-hours fee applies.
  • Keep Them Longer: Want to keep the fun going for a next-day brunch or family gathering? You can extend your rental for just $100 per additional day.
