The Honest Chisel
"Find The One" (Tricky Triangle)
"Find The One" (Tricky Triangle)
We have all played this game while waiting for pancakes at a certain country-style restaurant. It is famously addictive, deceptively simple, and the perfect way to kill time.
I brought this into the wedding collection because it solves a specific problem: not everyone wants to hit the dance floor or stand at the bar. Some guests just want to sit with a drink and fiddle with something tactile.
We’ve rebranded this classic peg solitaire game as "Find The One", which is a a nod to the reason we are all celebrating (and the goal of the game: leaving only one peg standing). We ditched the cheap plastic look for a handcrafted wooden board painted black with crisp white lettering and matching white tees. It looks sharp on a wedding table but still frustrates your guests in the most entertaining way possible.
Why it belongs on your tables:
- The "One" Pun: The side of the board reads "Find the One," tying the classic puzzle into your wedding theme perfectly.
- Quiet Entertainment: It’s a great option for introverts or guests who need a break from the loud music but still want to be engaged.
- Group Challenge: While it’s technically a solo puzzle, we almost always see whole tables working together (and arguing) over which move to make next.
